Job Hunting

Few days ago, receive message from Loong : have u found job? Can you help me? I thought  it is about SDE at Motorola. He called me and tell about his wife, Nicole open a bakery at Queensbay, would like me to be temporary supervisor. At  the same time, advise me to apply for QMS quality job at Motorola, it is a good opportunity to enhance quality career.

Since i have not yet get a job, i feeling boring to just sit at home, i eat non stop when at home, why not join the team to learn how they set up a stall, what obstacle facing, how is the communication from principle, etc..

Mar-01, 130pm, i signed in. The stall is located near to Chicken rice shop. After an hour, the principle, Alex together with one assistant, Mira reached here after departed from KL at 10am. They brought packaging material, tray, and some ingredient. Of course they bring the knowledge to be pass to us. Alex is angry when saw the stall because it is not per plan, used laminating surface cupboard that ll easily break

The bread are ready to bake from Hiestand. Trainer, Danny try the oven by baking Gipfel and Palmier Vanila Chocolate. I tried it and it is nice, because of butter? I went back at 10pm and go to find mydear.

Mar-02, today should be the opening for Backerei. However, when i reach here at 1pm, no bread is display.. i find out this is due to the glass cabinet is with wrong measurement, it was dismantle to resize, the water pump is not ready to suck the used water.

No opening, no job. Just standing, tired. Mira and YunJiun left at 4pm.  Alex share the customer service skill, share the make business experiences. He bring me to see few shop lot and compare which one look nice, can attract ppl? The shops included fitness concept, cosway, edwin.. the message is about the lighting play an important role to attract customer. He was a manager in Giant, he had the travel opportunity, that's why he know many high class thing and have a very good exposure during travelling.
To him, key success for a business is the concept, need to understand what you want to achieve and make sure everything is per your requirement/ need before start the business.
