Mind shifted here n there... Focus on yoga and to be a yoga master. Talking it many years.. are you serious now? ==== This morning running to Sembawang park and i saw him. The immediate reaction is that i should just hide and not let him aware I am here. Why? thinking about why such a reaction from me? Should i just walk to him and say "hi"? Am I worry or feel fear that i dunno how to face him? What will happen if he see me? Smile, yup.. just smile. It is myself that having enough wisdom to maintain a good relationship.
